Took my pup there for a concern with bowed legs. My dog is very well behaved, but of course is still a puppy who gets excited when someone comes in. My dog was slammed on the examination table in front of my eyes from the doctor who examined him, brushed off my concern, and gave me no recommendations in regards to my concern. The staff was also off putting and did not treat my dog nicely. I also didn’t get a post appointment summary so I have no idea what may have been recommended.

Mercedes!!!! provided excellent care during our visit. Despite how busy it was, she was patient, kind, and took the time to follow up with me. I always feel comfortable bringing my Pomeranian, Noble, here, and Mercedes consistently delivers outstanding customer service. Thank you for the great experience.😊

My cat caught a respiratory illness and I scheduled an appointment. I arrived with my partner only to realize I was a day late. My mind had been so scrambled with what to do for my cats lately. Fortunately, I was assisted by the employees at the front desk who were very friendly and helpful. Someone had cancelled their appointment and they fit me in that day. Dr. Park and his assistant were very helpful and thorough for my beautiful cat Silky. Thank you.

I love Taking my Pet to Banfield for her medical needs. The Banfield faculties are Great with your pet, and are good in helping your pet to relax and feel safe, when you are leaving your pet in their hands. I love the the Doctors and their staff. And they love your Pet. And it was good that I had my Medical Pet Insurance for my pet, so she can get the care that she needed and all was covered by her Medical Insurance. Thank you, Banfield.
