I was recently faced with the tough decision of having to put my horse down. It was something very new and unfamiliar to me and something very tough to go through. Daniels and Daniels was recommended to me so I began making contact, asking questions etc. A member of there staff spoke with me over a few days and took the time to explain things, and answer any and all questions I had. They stayed courteous no matter how long I took to ask things or no matter how upset I got. I did end up having to go with a different vet but only because of scheduling issues that were not their fault. I appreciate the time and patience Daniels and Daniels staff provided me during this difficult time.
