How to Save on Veterinary Costs at Tuscawilla Animal Hospital

Preventive care

Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.

Compare prescription pricing

Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.

Consider pet insurance

Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

My family and I, 3 generations, wouldn’t trade Dr. Suaro for the world. He has loved us though around 12 pets. The office staff is always great and the techs truly love what they are doing. Thanks to all!

Dr Suero and staff are THE BEST. They always seem to get me in when my pups have any issues . I have a really big Bernese Mountain Dog that is not easy to handle due to his size, but they are so sweet and accommodating. Dr Suero is great at explaining conditions and home care and always takes his time , even when he is busy. I wouldn't take my boys anywhere else!

We always feel welcome and taken care of at this vet. Our dog is quite nervous when he gets here, but they go above and beyond to try calming him and letting me hold him if needed. Great service overall and glad we picked this location as our vet

Had the best experience here! Called to see if I could get my dog in last minute, for an unexpected visit. Not only were they able to get me in right away, the staff was super kind & friendly! The visit was quick, and I could tell my dog was in good hands, regardless of the fight she put up with the vet...lol My girl is on the road to recovery, and I will be back again with my cat!
