From routine check-ups to emergency care, she has always been there for us with the utmost compassion and expertise. One thing that sets Dr. Bruce apart from other vets is her genuine love and care for animals. She takes the time to get to know each of my dogs and always treats them with kindness and respect. She sees them as more than just patients but as cherished members of our family. But beyond her bedside manner, Dr. Bruce is an incredibly skilled and knowledgeable veterinarian. She's accurately diagnosed and treated various health issues my dogs have faced over the years, from minor infections to more serious conditions. She always takes the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring I understand what's going on and our treatment options. In addition to her expertise, Dr. Bruce runs a state-of-the-art practice that's always clean, welcoming, and well-organized. Her staff is friendly and helpful, and they always go above and beyond to ensure our visits are as comfortable and stress-free as possible. I can't recommend Dr. Bruce and her practice enough. You won't find anyone better if you're looking for a compassionate, skilled, and trustworthy vet to care for your furry family members. Without question, the entire team at Urgent Paws is top-notch and the best you can find. Dr. Bruce has an unwavering love and genuine concern for the health and well-being of all animals. She is very experienced with furry and not so furry friends. Moreover, Dr. Bruce takes the time to carefully listen you - the pet owner - and she always takes your concerns and input into account when determining a diagnosis and developing a treatment plan. That's what makes Dr. Bruce an excellent doctor. The Urgent Paws staff is superb and highly-trained as well. Each team member compliments the organization and their ability work as one within their medical teams is simply amazing and exactly what you need when your pet requires urgent care. The dedicated folks at Urgent Paws have helped us with our dogs on multiple occasions and we cannot recommend them enough.

This place is incredible. Every single staff member was kind, reassuring, and handled our baby with care. They were fast and efficient with service and walked us through everything. They did such a thorough job making sure every possibility was covered and explaining why they made diagnostic decisions. I wish I could come here for our primary vet and not just urgent care!

I am so thankful to have found Urgent Paws. I was impressed with how Dr. Bruce and her staff handled my guinea pig. It can be hard to find vets who treat exotics, especially for a weekend emergency. Dr. Bruce is compassionate, knowledgable, and skilled in her approach. She was very thorough in her examination and in the way she communicated her findings and recommendations to me. Medical records and communication were also extremely user-friendly and efficient. I received an e-mail with detailed records and instructions, and it was an unexpected bonus to be able to text the office (I needed to send some photos after the visit, and received a prompt response). Everyone was so kind and helpful. I cannot thank them enough for the great experience we had!

Dr. Bruce and her are staff are amazing! They were kind, thorough and compassionate. Dr. Bruce helped my fur baby (and me) through a very difficult time, and I’m so thankful that I was referred to her! I highly recommend Urgent Paws.
