We've been taking our dog to Banfield for years. They've always taken great care of her and been super patient and understanding with nervous overly protective dog dads lol. The wellness plan is such a great value, and helps us keep her happy and healthy. Can't recommend them enough.

I have never had a bad experience with them! Everyone is so kind! I was a little nervous being a first time dog mom so they helped me a lot. They have been very reassuring in helping me choose a great care plan for Lily, shout out to Nate and Dr. Piper for being awesome!

We were able to make a same-day appt today for an urgent need with our dog. Lauren from the front desk was super friendly, helpful and accommodating. The office is calm very clean and professional. Nurse Ana was excellent and a pro with our dog, and Dr. Ibriham gave us a great consultation with many options to meet our needs. We were able to use a first-time patient coupon which helped with the cost. It is also important to know that although they provide a comprehensive treatment plan, they were happy to explain each suggested treatment and the option to opt-out. We had a certain budget to work with this week and we were able to prioritize the treatment that was urgent today. Overall it was a fantastic experience, and our dog was very relaxed in the office. She was happy to go to the Dr.'s office and that means she felt safe and knew she was in good hands. Thank you team Banfield Hunter's Village! (also thank you to the other Banfield on Bruce. B. Downs for recommending this office so we could get in the same-day!)

From the time we entered the building to the time we left we were greeted by friendly, professional people. I knew my kitten's care was in good hands. They called her by name and enjoyed playing with her. You were never hurried and no questions or concerns were ignored or deemed silly. I had the options to decide what care I wanted for her. I felt a part of the care team.
