I don’t think I’ve ever been so sad to have my last visit at a vet (I’m moving). Dr. Roy is awesome. I appreciate his no nonsense, to-the-point demeanor very much, he just cares about the animals. Prices are super fair. I wish I could find a vet like him again. Thank you Dr. Roy!

I was so worried about my dog. I randomly googled this place. As I was waiting in the lobby, I was able to read reviews. I was pleased to be able to agree with all the positive feedback. We hardly waited as a walk-in. Dr Roy thoroughly checked out my dog, listened, and treated him. The price was very reasonable. I seriously thought me or the dog would have had to give up a kidney. After asking other pet parents I know, they all had great things to say about Avalon as well. We didn't have an established vet...but now we do!

Two stars because they took my cat in a new patient right away otherwise 1 star. I get the no-nonsense demeanor but not to explain is another thing. I told him my cat was not eating and had lost weight. He gave him a physical exam on a cold medal table which my cat slid off of once. He gave the cat a shot and three meds to take. No idea what any of them were for until I googled them. He said if he was not better by Tuesday call. No blood work! Nothing! The next day I had to rush my cat to the ER vet. They did all the proper blood work. My cat had advanced kidney disease.

They take such good care of your babies in a very practical way. They diagnose and treat logically without requiring expensive tests. We get in and out quickly so our kitties don’t get too stressed out. I’m so thankful for this office. ❤️
