We experienced exceptional care, patience, compassion, and treatment for our senior black Labrador one night last week & I’m so grateful. Our dog was in quite a bit of distress and they quickly assessed him, discussed multiple options, went over costs, and have since called several times to follow up and check on our good boy. Absolutely the best care in Tallahassee. Highly recommend!

We brought my cat in after he ran away and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The wait wasn’t too bad and the vet and technicians are very passionate about their patients’ wellbeing and do a great job providing excellent care.

Due to an emergency patient that required all team members, Allied recommended Novey Urgent Care, where my cat was seen immediately. I could not have been more impressed with the care provided, and by the depth of knowledge displayed by all staff members. I was so grateful this after hours service was available. The daytime follow up care has also been tremendous.

I can’t thank Dr. Hollister and the team at Novey Animal Hospital Urgent Care enough for helping my dog during a late-night diarrhea emergency. Of course this happened when I was out of town and my pet sitter was understandably stressed. Novey told us to come right in, and the digital paperwork they emailed me made the check-in process incredibly smooth from afar. Dr. Hollister called me personally after the exam to discuss his findings and the costs, then followed up again immediately once the labs were in. To have the entire visit—exam, bloodwork, and meds—wrapped up in under an hour is practically unheard of for urgent care. My pet sitter mentioned how kind and compassionate the staff was in person. And the pricing was very reasonable. If you need quality, efficient after-hours care in a pinch, this is the place to go!
