Animal Aid has a great staff . Would have gave it 5 ⭐️'s , but the wait time is long. Number system works, but I did see people receiving services without a number. Loved the follow up phone calls the day after my cat got neutered. He's doing so much better! Thank you!

Came with my two pups to get them fixed. It was the best option that took spay/neuter vouchers. They did a great job on my make dogs. The system they have here does make it really crowded in the morning though. I had to wait awhile on a weekday just to check my dogs in. But they were nice and helpful. I also picked up some flea medicine and they were well priced.

My experience with animal aid was professional and efficient. The staff was friendly. They kept me informed of what was happening and what to expect. They did a follow up call to check on my feline about her recovery and pain, if any. If need be I would definitely use their services again.

I literally called telling them everything that has been happening with my cat and said it was ok to bring him in to get treated since my primary vet was unable to treat it all the way and earliest time I can bring him in for another exam is in 2 weeks. Drove all the way there for to found out that the oldest lady in there WILL NOT treat my cat. The old lady rudely said that she will not call my primary vet to get the information on what they did to treat my cat since I didn’t get a paper copy of their work. Old lady didn’t feel like doing a simple phone call or do their own exam to found out how to treat my cat and just straight refused to do anything. Wasted of time.

We LOVE MARGO My childhood dog was taken here my entire childhood, and since he passed I’ve always recommended people bring their dogs here. Once my friend couldn’t afford her dogs heart worm preventative, Margo worked with her and made sure her baby went home that night. He has stage 4, and Margo knew there was a very low chance of survival. But she did what it took to give him a few more months. Margo is an angel
