A walk in clinic where you cannot talk to a person and MUST make an appointment online is ridiculous. When people are stressing and might not have access to a computer, it can add so much stress. Besides that, the staff, care, cleanliness and professionalism/care was absolutely amazing. Wonderful staff and also very affordable. It would be perfect if they had a receptionist!

I was so happy to have been referred to UrgentVet by our local, expensive Vet ER. The call-ahead system worked beautifully. I was able to get in within an hour on a Sunday. The staff was very kind and professional. They took time to explain costs and procedures. My puppy was diagnosed and treated. I received prescriptions and she seems to be doing much better today. I Took my kitty in for urinary problems and was worried walking in. The minute I came in, they made my cat and I very comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Pricey but well worth it! They tell you how much the treatment is beforehand and also tells you everything they do before taking your pet back. The doctors and techs are AMAZING here ❤️

Highly recommend. We received the most compassionate and professional care for our beloved pet last night. We received a follow up phone call today asking how she was feeling. The tech answered questions and reminded us that they were there for us tonight if we needed them. Great care. Fair price. Great follow up. UrgentVet is a gift to pet owners.
