I want to thank the outstanding staff at the Animal Clinic of the Humane Society. They are kind, compassionate, skilled and very knowledgeable. It is clear they are all passionate about their work and they put 100% into treating each animal, be it a feral cat or a puppy. They set the bar high, look no further, this is the best place in town! Thank you for all you do, keep up the great work.

Facility is nice and pricing is great, however full exam and shots were done without being told or being present. My husband and I were told our pups were being taken one by one to get blood work for testing and would be right back. Vet comes in to go over the exam and I was speechless. How do we know shots were given? How do we know a full exam was done? The vet brought up an issue with the knee of one of our pups and acted as though we should have known yet we have no idea what to look for now because we weren’t privy to being a part of the exam. Very disappointed in the veterinarian, her bedside manner, especially.

I left after sitting in waiting room for 35 minutes, dogs coming and going, staff chatting, no updates, and when I asked how much longer, the receptionist said "I don't know. If you want me to check, I can check." And sounded like really?!?, hardly helpful or pleasant customer facing receptionist. If I was 35 minutes late with no call or update to them, they'd not likely see the dog. And my dog really needed to see someone to get relief. So thanks for that. Not cool.
