The veterinarian was extremely pleasant, did not feel rushed and she answered all our questions about future appointments, care and training. Front office staff were pleasant and courteous, and answered a couple questions with confidence as well. Timely appointment and ease to schedule future visits.

I cannot say enough about how amazing this vet clinic is. Although we didn’t get the outcome I had hoped for my little ferret, it wasn’t due to any lack of caring, skill, or time devoted to him by Dr Rivas and her staff! I am forever thankful to have found them!!!!

I found my new vet! Everyone from the receptionist, to the techs, and Dr. Fifarek were amazing and so kind!! Plus their prices are super fair. I had read the past reviews and was skeptical. But they are close to me so I gave them a shot. I felt very welcomed and my cat was treated so well. I found out they have “cleaned house” since moving to their new location. So don’t pay attention to the old comments. Go check them out for yourself.

Very caring and kind staff. They took their time to make sure they understood my dogs history and I left feeling at ease. They did not oversell anything unlike other veterinarians who say you need hundreds of dollars worth of testing. Would definitely recommend 10 out 10!

Dr. Rivas and the staff at Parkway Veterinary Center were all friendly, prompt and skilled with their handling of Hank. Would not hesitate to bring any of my animals to be cared by them.
