I have been going here for years, it’s hit or miss for me. The doctors are great.. the front desk not so much. They miss notes for appointments, this has happened to me multiple times. I have gone in with in mind X-rays we’re going to be done, to be told that’s wasn’t in the notes and couldn’t do them that day. That was literally the whole point of the visit… Unfortunately I think that was our last visit

I have been going here for a few years mostly for nail trims and checkups. Last fall I had a serious health emergency with my cat. The great staff was able to accommodate me during a stressful time and fit me in four times in the course of two weeks. They pretty much saved my cats life. I want to thank everyone at Palmer Ranch Animal Clinic for their work.

Just a wonderful place to bring you fur babies. Oscar is my new addition to my life. He is a rescue. Sara was with me for 19+ years... Palmer Ranch Animal Clinic helped us so much through her time on earth. All of Palmer Ranch Animal Clinic's associates are caring, compassionate, patient with your pets and you too! DR.Neher is a great person he has been taken care of our princess for yrs and he is really like part of our family not just as a Dr.but as a person.very caring and loving towards us. So who ever reads this please trust your pets with him. He is just a great loving Dr.and personnel memory's of princess will be touched by you in love may she rest in our lords hands now Dr Neher gave her 13.8 yrs of loving care
