I absolutely love San Antonio Animal Hospital. I love that when you walk in there is no chaos like most vets office. The front desk staff and the vet techs are awesome. Dr. Mattox is great. She takes time to answer your questions and explain what's going on. I am so glad I found this practice and I would not take my furry children any where else! Below is one happy dog. We adopted her very recently and the previous family did not have the money to care for her teeth. She had the the worst bad breath. You could smell her a mile away. Dr. Mattox cleaned her teeth and she had to remove 14 teeth. We now have one happy healthy girl!

We are new to San Antonio, but are lifetime pet owners and finding a new veterinary practice can be challenging. The San Antonio Animal Hospital team are absolutely wonderful!!! We will recommend them 100% because their care and compassion is evident in the way they interact with the animals and pet parents too. We felt like their approach was the perfect balance of thoughtful, practical and professional.

I had called another vet closer to home twice, and they never answered or called back. When I called San Antonio animal hospital, they actually answered the phone! Lol When we went in, the building is beautiful and clean. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They greeted people by name. They were very informative with our new puppy. I’m so happy to have found them.

They are great. When I have needed to see the vet urgently they got me in right away. My old vet said he couldnt see me for a week. Very caring staff. Transferred my dogs and new puppy here. Love the tech Lisa!
