10/10 way impressed with this place. The office staff is extremely nice and accommodating. The tech and the vet were compassionate and considerate towards my dog and gave her time to process what was happening. They are reasonably priced and gave me lots of options (least invasive first). When I last minute needed extra meds for my dog they had it ready in 15 minutes for me to pick it up. Super grateful to have found this place and already convinced someone else to go there instead. Great work!

We visited Southbay as first-time pet owners. Everyone we met was very kind and helpful! Our questions, no matter how small or trivial, were taken seriously and made me feel like I made the right decision in bringing our kittens to Southbay - highly recommend!

I would just like to say I already love this vet. My biggest thing is for them to care about my dog the way I do and today they showed that Mia is exceptional and I am so glad I found this vet I don’t know what I would have done today if not for them and their compassion and great advise. I always loved it here especially Dr Fritz. However , I recently changed vets because my dog was sick and they wouldn't see him for 10 days. They told me on Friday to call back Monday then told me they still couldn't work him in, I could call back every morning for cancellations. Finally I had to find a new vet. But they are great with your pets and nice people, I hated having to leave but his health and comfort is more important.
