Took our little Rocket for his regular shots. We checked in via text. The appointment was easy and not long at all.

A little slow at first because some staff members did not show up, but once updated in computer it was smooth sailing.

Called to find out when they would have a pet follow up and shots (I know they don’t have them open every day) but the employee told me she doesn’t know when the next one would be and when I asked her to ask a manager or something she told me they were really busy currently and I have to call back. Why answer the phone if u can’t AND THEN WONT HELP! Lost my biz!
