Preventive care

One of the best overall vet experiences I’ve had in the last 3 years of having dogs. The facility is nice and clean. Centrally located. Customer parking in front. The staff was very friendly from the front desk to the technicians and the vet (Dr. Sausner). The technician (Katie) was very thorough and patient with me considering I brought in two new patients and had tons of questions regarding dental cleanings and costs. They catered to both of my pup’s (Milo and Luna) personalities and made us all feel at home. Can’t say enough good things.

Normally I would write a five star review for this place but today I was beyond disappointed. I bought a puppy 3 weeks ago that had Kennel Cough ( Bordetella ) on our initial visit it was not detected but two days later we brought her back to Plantation Midtown and the doctor put her on antibiotics. We brought her back a week later and the Vet said that she needed another weeks worth of antibiotics and bring her back in a week for a checkup. Well today was a week so we drove to Plantation Midtown and the vet tech said he will bring her into the back for the vet to check her. We request that the vet come to the room because we had some questions to ask. The vet tech goes to get her but comes back and says that if the vet has to come from the back to see her there will be a $45. Charge. No this is after the vet last week said that she wanted to reevaluate her. Bottom line is this veterinary hospital just in it for the money and not the health of the animals or was the Vet just to lazy to get up and walk to the exam room? Either way they are loosing a customer and getting a bad review on every social network I can post on.

Very nice visit and amazing staff. Made us feel comfortable and they treated our pet like they knew her for years. Love it.

I brought my 16 week poodle here for the first time a few weeks ago. I usually have a hard time finding a “permanent” vet and would just take my pets to pop up vets at pet stores, but I was blown away by how warm and welcoming the staff was. My pup seemed to have a great time as well. I’ll definitely be seeing Dr. Sausner regularly and I look forward to my next appointment!

Is a excellent and nice animal hospital, always all the staff is too friendly, explain so good everything about the exams, medications, care and food for the dog. It’s a clean place, good prices, they care and manage the pets with love, the Drs take the time for the examination and talk you about the dog and the next appointment. They make the dog feel comfy.
