Doctor Shepherd was excellent in taking care of Dixie and the staff was very helpful. We have 2 cats and when they need care Northwest Vet Clinic will be our choice every time.

The people at the clinic are very personable. They seem more than capable. I only wish they had names. The receptionist has no nametag or placard, and the doctor wasn't introduced as anything but "the Doctor". Kinda like on Voyager. Otherwise five stars, so far. With a new puppy, only time will tell.

This was our first time at Northwest and everyone was so friendly and helpful. It felt like a small hometown vet. We’ll definitely be back. Wish we came here years ago. Gracie thanks you for helping with eyes feel better.

Saw Dr. Saez, was very caring and good with Maggie. Very knowledgeable. Staff is great! They are good about following up and calling with info. That is very important to me. Thank you Northwest Vet.
