I can't thank this clinic enough. On Saturday, July 18, around 4 PM, my dog Chini was attacked by a large pit bull that grabbed him by the neck. It was already late in the day, most veterinary clinics were closed, and I desperately needed help. Thankfully, this clinic was very close to where we were. From the moment I walked in with my injured dog, everyone was incredibly kind, calm, and compassionate. The clinic itself is beautiful, spotless, and even smells wonderful, which immediately made me feel more at ease during such a stressful moment. The staff brought us straight into an exam room, and the veterinarian carefully examined my dog, explained everything, reassured me, and treated him with so much care. They cleaned his wounds, prescribed the medications he needed, and I was able to purchase everything right there. What touched me the most was how genuinely caring everyone was. They offered my dog treats and even a toy to help comfort him. The entire visit felt calm and supportive despite the emergency. Later that same evening, they even called me to remind me about his medications and make sure I understood everything. The next day, they called again to check on how my dog was recovering. During the attack, I injured my own hand while trying to separate my dog from the pit bull. When I mentioned it, they even asked how my hand was doing during the follow-up call. That level of compassion meant so much to me. My dog is doing great now, and I truly believe we received outstanding care. 5 stars isn't enough. If I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would. Thank you so much for everything. ❤️

Thank you to the kind and very professional staff at Central Pet. My dog was groomed on a Friday and became very uncomfortable, licking himself and getting sore. He was able to be seen on Sunday and start getting some relief. The vet was really nice, explained everything well. My dog was very comfortable with the staff. . I thought the price was very reasonable for the exam, consult and for expressing his anal glands. Central Pet is a great resource for downtown St. Pete, especially the Edge District. Thank you agsin

This facility is fantastic and filling a very much needed void in pet health care! My dog needed non-life threatening vet care late last night and their facility and staff were amazing. Audrie, our tech, and Dr. P were so kind and so sweet with my dog. They were quick to get us in and she was taken care of very well (complete with light sedation, wound care, and staples) all at a really reasonable/fair cost. They even gave my dog a new toy as a token of bravery for her visit ❤️ Highly recommend this facility and I am so grateful they opened! Thank you!!

I had a great experience at CentralPet Express Care. From the moment I walked in, the check-in process was quick, easy, and welcoming. The staff was absolutely awesome the vet techs were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, which made the whole visit feel stress-free. Blu felt right at home. Dr. Tara Ravangard was wonderful. She took the time to explain everything clearly and gave me really valuable insight and information about my pet’s care. I truly felt listened to and well taken care of. I’m very impressed with the level of care and service and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
