I wanted to love this place...unfortunately: Since my vet of many years retired, this is the 4th practice I've visited. Sadly, I am still searching for my new vet. I called 3 weeks prior to the appointment date desired of Thursday, 2/5/26. When I arrived on the scheduled date at the scheduled time, I was told I didn't have an appointment booked. Then I was told my name was not in their computer system at all. Finally, I was told that they found my appointment, but they had it for Monday 2/9. I wrote down the appt. date/time while I was on the phone making said appt., so this was their mistake. The reason for the appointment was to follow up on a urinary tract infection of my 18yo female cat, and also to discuss some digestive issues. After some discussion, we decided that I would collect urine and fecal samples to be drought back the following day, which I did. Samples dropped off Friday 2/6/26. I have had many, MANY CBC, urine, and fecal labs done by veterinarians over the past 25 years, and it has never taken more than 2-3 days. In this case I heard nothing until Monday, 2/16. When I finally got a call, I was told that the urine was normal, infection cleared. I asked about the fecal results, and she seemed to not realize there had been 2 tests submitted, told me she didn't have that, and would call me back. I agreed, and asked that they email me a copy of the urine results, which she acknowledged.......AND....nothing. Over a week, and I have never heard from the practice since. No emailed urine results, and no idea what the fecal report revealed, if anything, basically paid for it, but never got the results..

Dr. Kathy is terrific! She takes her time with everything, and makes sure you are understanding what and why she is recommending or performing procedures. She saved my very sick senior cat!

Hands down the best of the best! They have been taking great care of my sweet boy, Fernando for the past couple of years. The doctors and staff are extremely knowledgeable and detail-oriented, which I sincerely appreciate! They have been making sure that Fernando ages gracefully and is on the proper medications, foods and supplements to complement his health conditions. I am grateful that this veterinary practice exists and wouldn't consider taking Fernando anywhere else. Thank you for all you do for our feline friends!

What an incredible staff. Ryan Redfur loves these guys. Our cat is a little mean but they handled him with kid gloves. I can't say enough about this team of cat lovers. Very professional and all heart.

They are very detailed and sweet with my cat. They follow up and care about her. It’s not cheap! But the care is above the rest.
