I’ve always heard great things about Banfield, but this specific location has been nothing but disappointing. Every single visit feels like a test of patience — I’m constantly made to wait excessive amounts of time, get calls to reschedule, or am told to come in at a certain hour only for them to not be ready or even there. My time is valuable, and it’s incredibly disrespectful to treat clients as if we have nothing else to do but sit and wait. To make things worse, they told me one total price in the morning, and when I came to pick up my pet, the amount was three times higher. No explanation, no warning — just a completely different number out of nowhere. That’s unacceptable and feels like a complete lack of honesty and transparency. If this had happened once, I’d let it go. But this has been a pattern — over and over again. It’s unprofessional, frustrating, and shows a serious lack of organization and respect for their clients’ schedules. I expected much better from Banfield, and this location has completely changed my opinion.

Thanks to Dr. Torres for her quick action with our dog: Brodie, she was able to determine he had bladders stone lodged in his urethra and We had to run him to the ER hospital for a procedure and all is good with him now. I love this hospital, Brodie is our newest pup but I have been taking my pups there for years. Thank you so much 😊🙏🏻

Dr. Hemphill at Banfield Pet Hospital is simply amazing. She's super knowledgeable about all things pet related. But what really makes her special is how much she genuinely cares about every pet she sees. She treats all of my dogs like they are part of her family. She takes the time to listen to concerns, explain things in a way that's easy to understand, and always makes sure each pet gets the personal care they need. Dr. Hemphill goes above and beyond to help, making every visit feel reassuring and positive. It's no wonder everyone I recommend to Banfield trusts and loves her. She's truly the best!

Just wanted to give a little praise once again to the staff at this location! I had a terrible experience with the other location (Miramar), they were so unprofessional and couldn’t properly schedule my pups spay appointment! Asking for further assistance on the situation was like talking to wall.I had to delay for 2 weeks. Thankfully, my lovely ladies (Claudia, Lexi, Alexis) made it happen. 10/10 recommend. 🥰
