This post is so incredibly overdue. My cat was diagnosed with cancer after taking her to Auburn, Al. college in May of 2010. They said they could treat her (with no guarentee of recovery and a approximately one month to live without treatment), they said they would do aggressive chemo & radiation to the sum of 10K. Not having that kind of money as well as her quality of life, I Googled holistic vets near me and came across Margaret Fowlers. To make a long story short, I brought Callie to see her. She was treated with Chinese herbs and acupuncture. Callie looked forward to her visits and LOVED the acupuncture. Within months, she was my fat girl, in remission and lived for a very long time after. Unfortunately, she did pass but lived on for far more of a time with quality of life. Dr. Fowler is the perfect blend of modern and traditional Chinese medicine. I left my other vet when she botched a visit and found Dr. Fowler.
