I recently had the pleasure of bringing my cat, Bruce Lee Wayne, to see Dr. Carsen. Even though she isn’t our regular vet, I needed to get his international travel paperwork completed quickly, and she was incredibly helpful and efficient. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the office was spotless, and Dr. Carsen was so attentive and loving toward Bruce — you could tell she truly cares about her patients. I really appreciate the wonderful care and quick turnaround. Highly recommend! PS They also accept Trupanion pet insurance which is super cool!

This vet is very knowledgeable, friendly, and caring towards my dogs, and me. Takes her time to check over all possibilities and easily explains her recommendations. I feel very blessed to have this business, and specifically, this animal veterinarian in my back yard. You won’t be disappointed!

On vacation last week, our dachshund, Charley, had an injury and needed medical care. We were referred to Dr. Carsen at Magnolia Bay. From the initial call, we were impressed. The receptionist was kind, and got us in the same day. Dr. Carsen and her staff were great with our scared pup, and us. Everything was explained and we were given options. We knew we were in good hands. They did a quick procedure and an hour later, our Charley was all patched up and feeling so much better. The fees were much less than we expected (I wish we lived closer because we would be loyal clients). But more importantly, they helped us during a crisis and we are grateful. If you’re lucky enough to live in the PCB area, Magnolia Bay would be an excellent choice for your pet.

I can’t express how truly lucky we are to have Doctor Carsen. She goes above and beyond for our fur babies. She is simply the best Vet around town and cares. I am so happy she has her office off Thomas. If you need a trusted Veterinarian, this is the place!

Dr Carsen and her staff at Magnolia Bay are so knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. For the second time in three years Dr Carsen has helped us navigate the hardest decision we’ll ever make for our pets. We were seen quickly, educated thoroughly and allowed time to process. Our pet was treated with dignity and love while we said goodbye and the staff supported us entirely. Cannot recommend enough!
