My dog was not feeling well and I called the clinic to see if they can see him today. They fit me in their schedule. The staff were really pleasant, and the wait was not long before doctor could see him. It turned out that there were nothing major wrong with him. But with hurricane moving in, it’s great to have a piece of mind. Thanks.

This veterinarian is conveniently located in the town of Palmetto. The veterinarians and assistance are professional, courteous, thorough, and great with our dogs. There are Saturday appointments available. They weren't able to see our dogs on short notice one day and have been able to fix all our dogs issues, and provide their annual checkups she annual vaccination. Lots of free parking.

I recently had to put my two best friends my dogs Bookie and MiMi to sleep. Palmetto Clinic was as sympathetic and supportive in every way. They sent me a personal sympathy card in the mail with the paw prints of each dog along with a lock of each dog’s hair. Thank you ❤️

They keep calling my dog the wrong name and that she's a male(she's not). They charged me for an exam and told me to come back cause they couldn't examine her cause she was too high strung... so what was the exam fee charge for? Finally, my dog got attacked by a pit bull and had a big bite out of her back. I called and got their voicemail..I never received a phone call back. Luckily I went to the spca in st petersburg. They were able to sedate her and tend to her wound for 1/3rd of the price this place quoted.

New to this clinic but after two visits with our new puppy, we couldn’t be happier. They are friendly, helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and empathetic. Dr. McKinnon is wonderful!
