Absolutely the best care for your pets! Dr. Romina Scorteanu is fantastic! She has an obvious love for the animals she cares for, and is considerate of the costs! I adopted Rollo in 2022 and recently Little Princess Holly, December 2025. Both were Dr. Scorteanu’ s rescue kitties! The staff ( Diana) is friendly and efficient. All calls answered quickly, and they follow up! I had emergency with Rollo, and they got back to me while they were on vacation! I highly recommend Pet Diagnostics, in particular,Dr. Romina Scorteau, if you want superior care for your pets, or want to adopt!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Pet Diagnostics in North Palm Beach, and especially about Dr. Romina Scorteanu. If you are looking for a vet who is not only exceptionally skilled but also genuinely cares about animals and their well-being, look no further. Dr. Scorteanu is truly a rare find. From the very first visit, it was immediately clear how incredibly knowledgeable and well-trained Dr. Scorteanu is. Her background in emergency and critical care sets her apart from the average veterinarian. She brings a level of expertise and confidence that is deeply reassuring, especially when you're dealing with health concerns that require more than just basic care. With her specialized training, she’s able to handle complex cases that would otherwise require referrals to multiple specialists. Having someone like her in one place saves not only time and stress but also potentially your pet’s life. She has been nothing short of amazing with my French bulldogs, who are known to have unique and sometimes challenging health issues. Frenchies are not always the easiest breed when it comes to medical care, but Dr. Scorteanu handles them with such gentleness, patience, and professionalism. She truly understands the breed and has consistently provided the best care I could ever hope for. She explains everything in a clear, calm manner, and always takes the time to answer questions thoroughly, never rushing through appointments. Beyond her qualifications, what really makes Dr. Scorteanu special is her genuine love for animals. You can see it in the way she interacts with them—how she talks to them, soothes them, and earns their trust. My dogs adore her, and that says everything. They walk into her clinic with tails wagging, which is something I’ve never experienced at any other vet. It’s hard to find someone you can trust 100% with your pet’s health, but Dr. Romina Scorteanu has earned that trust completely. I honestly would never consider going to another veterinarian. She is a vital part of my dogs’ lives, and I am so thankful to have found her. I have been truly blessed to have met Dr. Scorteanu. She is the best diagnostician that I have ever met. She has been treating my two male cats for the last 3 years. She is very detail oriented and thorough with everything that she does. She’s answered frantic emails that I have sent at all hours of the day and night regarding medical concerns of the cats and even prepared medication for pick up on the days that her office is closed. She has seen my cats for last minute emergency appointments even when she already has a full schedule and is completely booked for the day. Dr. Scorteanu is truly passionate about animals. She frequently rescues cats and kittens from shelters prior to euthanasia. She treats any medical conditions that they have and tries to adopt them. I have seen her treat some of the most difficult cases with excellent outcomes. She has even helped me treat some of the feral cats in my community in need of medical care. I have never met a veterinarian so committed to the welfare of animals. If you are looking for a veterinarian who is 100% devoted to providing the best medical care possible for your pet then look no further. Also, her staff including Susan and Diana are wonderful too!

Dr. Romina and the team at Pet Diagnostics truly saved our sweet Sophie. Back in 2021, we found Sophie, a stray kitten of 2 months. After months of struggling with sores, swollen lymph nodes, and countless misdiagnoses, we were finally referred to Dr. Romina. She quickly suspected Bartonella, ran tests, and got us the answers we had been desperately searching for. Thanks to her expertise, Sophie improved, and while she still has occasional flare-ups due to her sensitive immune system, her visits have become far less frequent. What once required monthly check-ups is now every 4–6 months. We are so grateful for Dr. Romina, Susan, and the entire Pet Diagnostics team for their dedication and care. They gave Sophie a chance at a happy, healthy life, and we wouldn’t trust anyone else!

Dr. Scorteanu is a phenomenal veterinarian and a kind-hearted soul who truly cares about every animal that walks through her doors. She has a particular passion towards cat rescue-her adorable kitties playing in the window were most likely previously scheduled to be euthanized at a shelter, had prior health issues or had just been given up on. Each cat/kitten has been loved and cared for by the amazing individuals that work next to Dr. Scorteanu. She funds it out of her own pocket or incoming donations to provide them with proper care, which is a testament to her compassion and dedication to animal welfare. In addition to being passionate about animal welfare, Dr Scorteanu has truly gone above and beyond for me and my pets. I have adopted 3 kittens from Pet Diagnostics and had 2 rescues of my own. Every time my cats have needed her care, she quickly responds to my questions and concerns. She fits me into her busy schedule even for last-minute appointments when needed, which has been a lifesaver during emergency situations. Her expertise and guidance have helped me make informed decisions for my pets' healthcare that has ultimately paved the way for their optimal well-being. Dr. Scorteanu has always been incredibly caring, patient, and thorough with her examinations. Her gentle demeanor and compassionate nature allow pets, and pet parents feel safe and well-cared for during their entire visit. Her wealth of expertise and vast knowledge base set her apart from other veterinarians, and her diagnostic and treatment approaches are second to none. I particularly appreciate her out of the box thinking and treatment plans, especially when other veterinarians have essentially given me no hope or options for my ailing cat. From the moment I walk into the hospital, I feel well taken care of by the entire team. It's refreshing to see a team that is not solely focused on generating revenue but genuinely cares about the welfare of their patients and pet parents. I would not choose any other veterinary clinic or veterinarian for my pets. In short, there is no way I can thank Dr. Scorteanu enough for all that she's done for my pets and me over the years. She treats every pet as if they were her own, and that makes all the difference in the world.
