Every staff member was extremely friendly to not only me, but also my baby girl Sophia… they had three types of treats when she refused the first two and the vet went through a slew of techniques to make sure that Sophia was comfortable in every way… They even let me help hold her so she would be more comfortable… Definitely recommend!! Even helped with information and products on how to identify and maintain my girls specific health needs… Thanks Beachwood! You guys ROCK!!!!

Called Beachwood Animal Clinic to get my senior "kitten" in for an urgent visit. Holiday relatives accidentally let her outside on the coldest night of the year. She had a cough and was breathing heavy. She had never been seen there. They squeezed her in. The. Same. Day. We left with antibiotics and an appointment for her yearly physical. I changed veterinarians right then and there. They have highly trained front-end staff, vet techs, and exceptional veterinarians. I had been with my previous veterinarian for 15 years. The now retired vet cared for our two English Mastiffs and a Pitt. They were some high dollar patients. At 200 lbs, 145 lbs and 70 lbs, we had big money receipts. Called to get my cat in to be seen for her urgent visit. No appointments until the following week. The following week. Over a long holiday weekend. Again, call Beachwood Animal Clinic.
