My Stella was seen on August 29,2024. She was very fragile. She was administered oxygen. The nurse told me she was afraid she would not make it. She was then transported to MVS Hospital where she was diagnosed brain dead, internally bleeding and that she had suffered a stroke. She was put to rest. I just need to know why was her stroke not caught at the neurologist office. What kind of doctors are you?

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care my cat, Elliot, received from SEVN and their incredible team. This being my second major visit to SEVN I have to say - you blew me away with kindness and love and attention to detail and communication on my first visit. I didn't think you'd be able to outshine yourself but I was wrong. The staff from reception to the doctors, the nurses and the admin, literally everyone has taken care of me and my baby girl, Harbor Gene *the leaning ween* beyond my expectations. I am so thankful for you all. Really, I am. I would literally LOVE to recognize EVERYONE on staff. There isn't one person that doesn't deserve 9 gold stars, huge hugs, and 3 months paid vacation every year! I don't know if you somehow source/ filter your applicants.. you must. There is literally no other business I've encountered, ever, with consistently outstanding employees. Communication.

I thank you all for being prompt and assisting us with finding out what was really going on with our dog with your help definitely guide us in the right track even though we may not have needed a neurologist still, your thoroughness to assist us was amazing We truly think all of the staff was amazing from the front desk to the vet tech even to the provider, keeping us calm and reassured on what was going on was definitely amazing. The thorough exam and letting us know that we needed to follow up with an ER in regards to our dogs possible diagnosis, and with the assistance that help guide us in the right direction
