Our dog was treated like she was something special. The Dr was attentive, caring, and took time to sit down and explain the findings and treatments that she recommended. Her assistant was also caring and explained the procedures and tests that the Dr. ordered. The receptionist was friendly and a big help in explaining billing and accepting my payments. This is a wonderful Dr's office for our dog.

My fur baby had what's known as a spontaneous ulcer in her eye. The 'general' Vet. couldn't get it to heal after 2-3 wks of treatment so they referred me on. She had to have a particular treatment done to remove the unhealthy cells so that healthy cells could begin the healing process. Rather than schedule her to come back, they made room in the schedule and completed the process right then. I'm delighted that it's 90% healed and continues to go in the right direction. The Dr., as well as the staff, were extremely helpful. They answered ALL of my questions. My only concern is the expense involved. Be prepared to dig deeper than a standard veterinarian visit.. but.. after that OMG moment, I remembered just how much that little girl meant to me..
