Dr. Billy Hendrix is a wonderful doctor. He is kind, patient and knowledgeable. Yes VCA Lecanto is a bit pricey. But I can’t put a cost on my pets, as I always say: owning a pet is a privilege and not a right. The girls at the front are usually nice and do their best to get us an appointment as quickly as possible. They answer any questions I have and work so hard. Working check-in and check-out can be just as stressful in veterinary care as other areas of the clinic. Back to Dr. Hendrix- he is the most intelligent Vet I’ve ever brought my pets to see and he’s the reason we switched over to VCA Lecanto. Some appointments I have a-lot of questions need an array of things handled and Dr. Hendrix really cares! I’m so thankful he’s Joey and Fibi’s Vet. Lastly, I would like to thank Jill who is a Vet Tech. Jill has worked at VCA Lecanto for about two months she said but has been in the field for around 30 years I think she said. Jill is calm, kind and friendly. Thank you to everyone there and especially Jill and Dr. H. I hope Jill gets the recognition she so deserves! -Kyle, Katie, Joey & Fibi

Great people. Great care. You can also download their app and you can stay up to date on appointments and meds at the touch of a finger. If you are not a fan of this technology, they always, ALWAYS happily answer your questions over the phone. Just some really good animal loving down home people.

Great experience!!!! Moving to Florida has been rough on my bulldog who suffers from bad allergies. I took Rocky in for a new patient appt. Dr Woch and the whole staff at VCA Lecanto AH was amazing! Everyone was super friendly and I felt they listened to my concerns and generally cared. I am very happy I chose to bring my baby here. Thank you so much to the whole staff for making our experience pleasant. I would recommend VCA Lecanto to anyone looking for an outstanding vet!

We brought our rescued Akita in for a full check up. Dr Mary Tikey was through and took her time explaining and giving us top care. She even called us after the visit to see how things were going. We are all set up for any care our new baby may need on going. Very happy.

Great place. Friendly staff. They handled my very hyper dog 🐕 and made her comfortable for the visit. And Dr.Hendrix was awesome. And the visit wasn't very expensive. I highly recommend VCA lecanto animal hospital..
