My groomer recommended this place and I chose to return since Dr McKelvey and her techs made such an impact. They understand details matter in the care of their patients and their families. Techs confirm to make certain things are correct and they work together as a team. I appreciate the way Dr. McKelvey educates while working during a visit. She is precise in her care. She instructs and answers questions in relatable terms for better understanding of the situation. She is careful to prescribe medication and looks for ways to save money during treatment. Twice now, I’ve returned after visiting other vets. She’s corrected misinformation on medication I’d received and she’s given me options for treatment. She’s noticed past injuries that other vets didn’t notice. She and her team listen closely and ask questions to find the best solution for the situation.

I am so happy with how my furry baby was treated at this Veterinary Hospital. Lupe, Kevin, and Dr McKelvey are wonderful, caring, gentle, and very patient. They took time to carefully examine my cat, Venom, and made sure to answer all of my questions. I will never bring my cats anywhere else. Great experience! Thank you,, Vetco Total Care Team!

Kevin did a great job at informing me of how everything worked! So kind and friendly. They were very open about pricing and I would say reasonable also. This was my baby’s first vet visit and all in all it went super great and smooth. I would recommend them for sure!

Dr. McKelvey and Nurse Lupe are both truly meant for their jobs. They both were, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. This is my first time at this location and won’t consider going anywhere else.

Dr. McKelvey and her staff are the best! Our dog Sammi had a trachea collapse, and we did not know how she was going to pull through. Dr. McKelvey put her on a treatment plan and Sammi is healthy and striving today. Their compassion and care is awesome. (Most recent picture of Sammi a week ago ❤️.) Thank you Dr. McKelvey!
