The entire facility was very welcoming. Usually you get the perfect customer service representative on your initial contact (over the phone), show up and then be surprised to not receive the same quality of service in person- the entire team proved me otherwise! From the front desk representative, to the room tech Sarah to the Dr, everyone was extraordinary! I will be coming back for any future services my 4 babies will inquire.

Dr. Ingrid and Sarah W. were exceptional in helping our dog Cookie. They communicated so well, provided us with links to learn more about her heart condition and were so kind and loving towards us and Cookie. The staff at the SPCA all seem very nice. I couldn’t imagine doing their jobs which must be very tough but they all seem very compassionate and caring. Thank you Dr. Ingrid & Sarah W.

My family came in this morning after discovering our kitten we adopted had a lump on the right side of her neck. Everyone on staff was very friendly and professional. Our vet was Ms.Campbell and she was absolutely amazing. Hannah and Sarah were her assistants and they too, were wonderful 😊 I definitely give these hardworking ladies a big thumbs up and a 5 star rating. The visit was much more affordable than I thought it would be so I also want to give a big thank you for that as well. We will be returning here again, no doubt.

They are great and wonderful to the front desk giving me a warm welcome and keeping us informed on wait times.. To the techs in back dealing with my Vaccine reactor Remi making sure he gets his drugs before giving vaccine plus dealing with my crazy wild child Ragnar that is hyper they always have peanut better for them they both love it.. While I was waiting for my appointment I was watching surgery discharge that was well, planned and they were so detailed about how the recovery goes as well.. couldn’t ask to go to any other vet plus the prices are amazing..
