Highly recommend Paw Haven in Lakeland. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and everyone seems to love their jobs, which is important important to me and my pets. The office is very clean, bright and inviting. The couches are an excellent addition to the exam rooms. Very comfy while you wait for the Doc. My dogs and I are very happy with their service and will be happy to make the drive to this location for future appointments.

I cannot say enough about Paw Haven. If I could rate it 20 I would. I have never met a more understanding, compassionate place in all my years of dealing with vets. I had to make the decision to put my 17 yr old kitty to sleep, and fr the time we walked in the comfort and care we received was so nurturing and not rushed like most places. They let us spend the final time with my kitty without one word of being rushed out until we were ready. They will be taking care of our 3 other cats. I picked up my Cleo's remains yesterday and was shocked at how magnificent it was presented in the urn I selected, name plate, paw mold, clippings of his fur, beautiful poem. I will post a picture of it compared to the horrible way Banfield gave my daughter's kitty's ashes for double the price and no selection. Thank you PAW HAVEN!!!!! By the way the picture on the right is Banfield and they spelled Punky wrong when it was clearly written PUNKIE

I had been taking my dogs to the same vet for the past five years and was always very pleased with their care. However, with rising costs and a significant price increase after their new building was constructed, I had to start searching for a more reasonably priced vet that still provided top-quality care for my fur babies. By chance, I found the perfect vet while running errands, and I couldn’t be happier! The care here is wonderful, the prices are fair, and it’s clear that the staff genuinely care about their patients. We’re here for our first visit to establish care and are excited to become long-term clients. I highly recommend checking them out!

I had such a great experience at this clinic! The staff were so welcoming, kind, and professional from the moment I walked in. They made both me and my pet feel comfortable and cared for, and the service was excellent. I truly appreciate the time and attention they gave us and would highly recommend this veterinary office to anyone looking for compassionate and thorough care. Also very clean office!
