I am very disappointed with this visit...my dog had a hematoma in her ear and they drained it but when they returned her to me after the procedure she had a bandage around her neck and was making a sound with her throat and her eyes were bulging and red, then She started to vomit, also urinated and seemed to be panicking. We realized that she was suffocating and once we removed the bandage that was around her head in 5 minutes she was feeling better. Fortunately my dog is okay now but she almost suffocated to death if it was not for me intervening.Again very disappointed with the visit. Below are the photos from before and after i removed the bandage.

I love this place, they have taken care of my babies and their staff is so kind and knowledgeable. I cannot rave enough about them. We can usually get an appointment pretty quickly when something is wrong with our pets. And the results are quick too. I have nothing but great things to say.

Pearl was treated very well. Visit was quick and easy. Attending nurse was very nice and very informative with my dogs health. Doctor was awesome very nice , very thorough and also informative on my pets health a recommendations on healthy foods and treats for my pets well being. Thank you for making us feel comfortable.
