From the minute we called with a very sick dog, this office was caring, and admitted our dog that morning! Our dog had never been seen by this vet, but admitted our sick dog without delay! The staff and veterinarians were caring and answered all our concerns! They even followed up twice when our Basset came home on prescribed medications. God bless Springlake Animal Hospital. They received our sick dog right away, whereas our usual vet said they had no openings. Our Basset was in such pain and needed immediate attention. I want to thank the entire staff for their kindness and quick response to help our dog!!

My beloved cat had dental work at Springlake and came thru well. He did not need the extractions but had serious cleanings. The vet followed up the day after, which I surely appreciated.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The facility was clean, although can get a bit crowded at times. The doctor explained everything in normal, easy to understand language, and presented options that we could afford.
