I was an established client with 3 dogs. When I was in need of an emergency appointment for my dog, the soonest I could get was 4 days out. When I told them I needed my dogs medical records so I could get her seen elsewhere, they became vindictive and very unprofessional!!! They told me, by law they had 48hrs to supply me with said records. It was very clear that they DO NOT care about their patients at all. I was just trying to get my baby the care she needed. I eventually got my dogs records but not after having to make a special trip to the clinic, where they left the records outside on a bench. There is an amazing 24hr clinic on Ramrod key. That is where I recommend you take your babies because that staff ACTUALLY cares about them! 💗

We loved taking our dogs to Keys Animal Care Center while we lived in Key West. The vet and vet techs were friendly and accommodating and were always very sweet and gentle with our dogs. They always seemed genuine, caring and knowledgeable. (It’s always a good sign when your dogs don’t start shaking when you walk them into the vet— instead, they start wagging their tail, acting happy to be there!) The office was conveniently located for us too.

The staff at the Keys Animal Care Center are absolute rockstars! We were on vacation with our Beagle, Lucy, and she gave us a bit of a scare. Thankfully we reached out and were greeted with nothing less than absolute professionalism and kindness. What began as an overwhelmingly stressful day was saved by Dr. Dianne, Fallon and the rest of the staff at the center. Lucy received quick and loving care and is on the mend thanks to her new friends! Thanks so much!

First time here and this clinic ROCKS! Very kind and knowledgeable and I could tell Dr Ziegler and the rest of the staff really care about your fur babies! I've definitely found our vet for our bully's! Thank you so much for taking such great care of our pups! Here it is 1 yr later and this clinic still rocks it! Dr Humphreys is one of the BEST Dr's I've ever had for my English Bulldogs. She's helped them through UTI's, bladder stones, bug bites, allergies, and just about everything in between (Bully's are prone to a lot of stuff). I don't know what I'd do without Dr Humphreys and her extremely helpful staff! Denise is awesome and she'll always do what she can to get you an appt in a timely manner and always has a kind smile on her face when you walk through their doors. Thank you thank you thank you!
