How to Save on Veterinary Costs at Inverness Animal Hospital
Preventive care
Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.
Compare prescription pricing
Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.
Consider pet insurance
Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

We moved here over a year ago. Of course we lined up a vet before we even moved, cause we have quite the crew. Two Golden’s, a Shih Tzu and three cats. Was used to sitting in a waiting room with exuberant Golden’s, and you know the drill. This is not like that. The reception staff obviously loves animals. Both Dr Hoopers will spend as much time as they need with you. They make sure they have answered all of your questions. We are exceptionally happy that they take care of our crew.

Both Dr. Hoopers and their staff are the best. If I could give them 100 stars I would. Yes, they're busy BECAUSE they are so good. They really care, and don't push things you don't need or are trendy.

My animals have not all met the staff, the one that did was taken care of like a queen. I will trust all of my animals to visit them! They let me make the choices about what was best for her and I. They work hard to make the visit quick and safe. The office is always clean and neat. They will have my business for as long I have furbabys!!!! Thank-you all!

I met these guys when my cat was dying and they handled everything so wonderfully that I've kept coming back. I like that Dr. Hooper is conservative in his approaches and listens to me when I tell him what I think is going on. Honestly, I've seen a few vets in the area, and Dr. Hooper is the only one I truly trust with my pets. I have a few cats with special needs and he's the only person I trust with their care.

if i could rate this negative 5 I would. Dog was not seen for 1 hr 30 min. it was the first time there to establish relationship. The tech tried to run up the bill with unnecessary expenses and clearly was not skilled at drawing blood. The Vet was clearly afraid of dogs. He was insulting. the dog hated him. I hated him. He was unprofessional. We walked out . Id say stay far away from this clinic. Unless your one of his good ol boy friends.
