Paid 500$ to “put on oxygen overnight”. And get antibiotics. She is now home 2 days later and doing worse. I question what was even done to my cat while she was there, as there was no compassion and no one even made eye contact with me before taking my baby to the back no warning. 0/10 do not recommend. I don’t think my cat will make it through the rest of today.she’s barely breathing only 6 years old💔

Dr Deiter is always awesome with my dog Charm. She doesn't hate the vet like most dogs. In fact, she gets as excited when I pull in as she does when we got to grandmom's to play with her dog. Recently had her spayed and everything went really well. Thanks to the staff for always being kind and sweet to my dog too!

I have been using AVH for almost 16 years and the team has always provided exceptional service and care for all of my animals. They are caring and compassionate and I very much appreciate the team.

My two dogs have been patients here for two years solely out of location/convenience. Friday I called to get my pup in for his allergy shot because he has bad hot spots. This is something a vet tech can handle no problem. I was told my dog would need to be looked at by the Dr even though he is not up for his annual exam until July. I told the receptionist he just needed his shot nothing more and if they could not accommodate that we would transfer to another office. She said she would call back shortly which she never did so we are transferring like I stated. I felt like they were just trying to get extra money out of me which I do not appreciate.

I visited this hospital after calling last minute, I got home and my 10 y/o female Olde English Buldoggee had really bad diarrhea, they had me in within 30 minutes, Dr. Kern checked her thoroughly and made her recommendation, she also offered treatment for a long lasting allergy related ear problem, she requested past records from another clinic, it’s now been 1 week, her stomach is a lot better and so is her ear. This will be my dogs clinic from now on, staff is great, prices are accessible and while waiting in the car outside on my second visit I saw the staff coming in and out of the office greet everyone by their first name, very personalized service, I love it and so far I love the expertise and customer service skills Dr. Kern provides. I highly recommend this hospital you will not be disappointed.
