I love the doctors there. Dr Gimbal and Dr Ditrapani are the absolute best !! Wouldn't trust my baby to anyone else. They're always there to help and take such good care of my sweet boy. The girls are great as well. Especially Ashley. She's awesome.

I recently visited Hobe Sound Vet for my french bulldog's annual check-up and to address my dog's eye squinting issue, but the entire experience turned out to be a complete nightmare for both myself and my furry companion. I cannot express how disappointed and frustrated I am with the way we were treated. From the moment we stepped into the clinic, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming. As if that wasn't bad enough, our interaction with the vet was even worse. When we tried to explain our dog's condition, which we have observed several times before during summer months due to his skin allergies, the vet seemed to brush off our concerns and spoke condescendingly. What added to our distress was the vet's unwillingness to explore non-invasive treatments like the eye drops, which had previously brought relief to my dog. Instead, the vet pushed for more costly procedures without providing a clear explanation of why they were necessary. To add to the disappointment, I was shocked to discover that this vet clinic's prices were exorbitantly higher than other reputable clinics in the area. Paying double for the same services without any additional value or justification is simply unjust and unacceptable. Overall, my experience at this vet clinic was deeply unsatisfactory. The lack of empathy, transparency, and respect towards me as a pet owner, as well as the unjustified high prices, make it impossible for me to recommend this clinic to anyone. I will certainly be seeking veterinary care elsewhere for my beloved French Bulldog in the future. If you are considering Hobe Sound Vet for your pet's care, I implore you to think twice. Our unfortunate encounter exposed the clinic's lack of respect for pet owners, disregard for cost-effective solutions, and failure to listen to the people who know their pets best. Seek a vet who values your input, respects your financial boundaries, and prioritizes your pet's well-being above all else. Hobe Sound Vet certainly falls short of meeting these expectations.

Dr. DITRAPANI was wonderful with Willie. She had great bedside manner. Good diagnostician. Prices were amazing. Highly recommend.

Everyone here is polite, patient and accommodating. The nurses and Dr. take the time to explain in detail my Rosie’s issue. I never feel pressured into a service, procedure or product. Their fees are reasonable. Rosie and I drive down from Stuart because we have the upmost confidence in their guidance. There are a number of veterinarians we pass on the way down but, when it concerns my precious Rosie, convenience isn’t a consideration.

I highly recommend Dr Gimbal! It is totally impressive with all the great pet care services they provide. Dr Gimbal is very knowledgeable, responsible, professional, helpful, and polite. I have had ZERO complaints! Dr Gimbal cares and loves animals. Known him for a long time. So very Trusting and Honest. Got a huge heart for animals. The staff is so awesome, helpful, wonderful, and respectful. Hobe Sound Veterinary Clinic is such a comfortable place to come to and great for our pets. Always get treated with dignity and respect. It is a great atmosphere, I will be keep coming back for all of my fur babies health needs. HIGH 5 STAR ALL THE WAY!
