Today we had to say one of the hardest goodbyes a pet parent ever has to make, and I cannot thank everyone at Geneva Oaks Animal Hospital enough for the compassion and kindness they showed us. From the moment we walked through the door, every member of the staff treated Marley with such dignity, gentleness, and love. They gave us the time we needed, answered every question with patience, and made an incredibly heartbreaking day just a little easier to bear. Saying goodbye is never easy, but knowing she was surrounded by people who truly care brought us so much comfort. Their empathy, professionalism, and genuine love for animals shine through in everything they do. Thank you for helping Marley cross the Rainbow Bridge with peace and grace. We will forever remember your kindness. ❤️

I truly believe Geneva oaks Animal hospital and Dr David J. was a God-send for me and my situation with my senior, 13 year old female, Chihuahua. If you read my prior review on Countryside Animal clinic here in DeLand and the absolute horrible treatment I received recently, you would understand how much I appreciate and thank God for bringing her into Dr David. Now THIS is what veterinary Care is supposed to be about!! Taking the time for your animal, touching and looking over your fur baby and explaining things to you so that you can understand how to navigate and move forward for the best possible care and treatment for your baby. I went from seeing pure greed and negligence from Countryside to seeing compassion and complete CARE for my dog from Geneva Oaks. He has taken so much worry off of my shoulders in a time in our lives when we needed them the most. From the time we went in and the pleasant staff at the desk to meeting the Dr. put me more at ease and gave me hope again that there are still good and loving people out in the world that care and not just out to make the Almighty $$-- but is there to HELP YOU and your pet. I HIGHLY recommend this veterinary company for anyone and their very much loved babies. Thank you for the care for our 17 y/o cat. This is a heart place, a humble office with techs that seem to thrive in their work proudly, and deliver information with tact and care. The bill was a breath of relief, it was fair and straightforward. The only unfortunate point is knowing our next visit here will be for heartbreak, but we are ready when that happens and I put that confidence in this experience. Thank you

I am so grateful to Dr. Justine Alderman and the wonderful team at Geneva Oaks Animal Hospital. I have a sweet feral cat, who lives in the woods behind my business, had a badly injured hind leg that turned out to be an abscess. They agreed to see him and handled him with such patience and care, even though he’s not used to being around people. Dr. Alderman and her staff were compassionate, professional, and truly went above and beyond. They got him fixed up beautifully, and he’s already healing well. Their kindness and expertise made all the difference during a stressful situation. If you’re looking for a veterinary team that cares deeply and handles challenging cases with skill and heart, I highly recommend Geneva Oaks Animal Hospital. This staff is truly one of a kind. They are empathetic, sweet as can be, & genuinely care about the animals. When putting my cat down recently, they did everything in their power to make the process as peaceful as possible for everyone involved. In general, they always were excellent during basic vet visits for both my cat & dog. Can’t recommend the veterinarians as well as the vet techs enough!
