Dr Shirley and her staff are just amazing, they took very good care of our lily while they were treating her, they kept in contact with us and gave us updates everyday, unfortunately lily couldn't be saved but we're very thankful she was treated there.

Called about boarding and rates. We have a Rottie, but she is well behaved. The lady said we had to have a extra shot for her, (no problem) and that they needed to have a meet greet with Shiloh, but was booked. She stated she would call us back and yet never did. Found a boarding kennel elsewhere, doesn't seem dependable to return phone calls, I would have been worried the whole time we was out of town.

Very caring staff. I brought my 87 yrs old neighbor, along with my 11yrs old son. She had to put her 14yrs old dog 🐕 to sleep. They were professional, compassionate, explaining every step of the process. We left in good spirits knowing the right move was made in all phases of this very difficult task. Thank you Animal Hospital of LaBelle and their most caring staff.

One of your receptionist just lost a business with a breeder who could bring more costumers. I called to get prices on vaccines, FICCO etc. I asked the lady nicely if she speak Spanish because I’m more comfortable with Spanish she said no, so I tried asking her and she hang up on me, I called back and she rudely said you already called and I said yeah but you hang up on me she clearly understood my English because she answered my questions but then she said she was going to call me later on with the prices, and she never did. Doesn’t she realize that 70 percent of labelle residents are Hispanic? There is another veterinarian on downtown who are more diverse.
