I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Doral Welfare Animal Clinic. The prices are very reasonable, the doctors are fantastic, and the front desk staff is extremely welcoming. The vet techs are caring, gentle, and truly wonderful with pets. The instructions provided were clear and easy to follow, which made everything less stressful. I arrived with my chihuahua in distress—her stomach was distended and she was crying in pain, and I was very upset as well. The team responded with genuine compassion, calmness, and professionalism, which immediately made a difficult situation easier to handle. I only have positive things to say about this clinic. They took excellent care of my dog and I’m truly grateful—they helped save her. It’s been two years since I have been a client and I have always had a great experience. Strongly recommend.

I've been bringing my cats here for almost 3 years and they're so kind and you can tell the doctors and staff truly care about your pets. I remember I brought up my cat vomiting at another vet in Ohio a couple of years ago and being worried about that and he didn't want to investigate anything but this time I brought it up and the vet did bloodwork immediately and we found out my little guy had hyperthyroidism :( we caught it early and after receiving treatment, he's perfectly fine now and gaining weight again!

I am beyond grateful to Doral Welfare Animal Hospital for the incredible care they gave my dog during such a scary time. After performing an X-ray, they quickly found an intestinal obstruction and took the time to clearly explain everything to us. Their kindness and patience really helped us feel more at ease. The team acted quickly and performed surgery, and thankfully everything went well. Throughout the entire process, they were so compassionate, helpful, and understanding of our situation. It truly meant so much to feel supported during such a stressful experience. My dog is now slowly recovering, and I couldn’t be more thankful for their dedication and genuine care. You can tell they truly love what they do and treat every pet like family. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring veterinary clinic.

I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I was charged over $1,500, yet my dog showed no real improvement. He still wasn’t eating, and instead of addressing that concern seriously, they continued prescribing food without identifying the underlying issue. Unfortunately, it turned out he had cancer, which was never properly diagnosed during our visits. Even during my follow-up appointment, the actual doctor was not present. I was seen by an assistant who had little to no information about my dog’s case and was unable to provide any meaningful guidance or follow-up details. The visit felt unhelpful and ultimately pointless. What made this even more upsetting was that after I had to make the difficult decision to put him down, the clinic continued reaching out about vaccines and routine shots without ever asking how he was doing. It felt impersonal and more focused on generating revenue than providing compassionate care. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic.
