On March 20th, I had a wonderful experience with the staff at the Vet Vibes animal clinic located in Petsmart on Linton Blvd with my 6 week old puppy, Panda! I was recommended by my friend, who has two dogs! Upon entry I was greeted and checked in with by Natalin, one of their Vet Technicians, who was very kind and sweet. And was very explanatory with the first steps of the check up. She was very kind with Panda and respected his wishes. Dr. Dawkins, the Veterinarian, was extremely sweet and helpful. She taught me a lot on what I should watch out for with puppies so young! He came from a litter with some fleas and we agreed that he should take a cap-star and get a flea bath and only one shot today! They asked me if I’d like to leave him for one hour and come back, within 30 minutes of me in still in store, they were finished. Their manager, Bri, is the lovely person who gave Panda his bath, he came back to me so cute and loving (AND NOT STINKY!!!!) letting me know she was sooo kind in regards to him and gave him a great experience! And Bri, herself was very funny and friendly. She has great conversation! This is probably the best vet visit I’ve had with my pets, cats, dogs, snakes, ginuea pigs— solely because of the amazing people working there, you don’t find such genuine people who you can truly trust and appreciate, with your pets often. Even with my sister being a previous long-time Vet Technician at Clint Moore, Vet Vibes has that place stomped. Everyone took their time and I really feel like not only was Panda seen, but I was to. His first vet visit was a success, and I will definitely be returning, and to anyone I heavily recommend this team. The staff here are compassionate and trustworthy, the pricing in my opinion, pretty much beats any other private owned animal care facility in the South Florida/Palm Beach area, and it was all around a great experience for Panda and I.

Having just moved to Florida this is our first time using the Veterinary needs at Petsmart. We had used Petsmart in Ohio previously. Everyone we dealt with today were extremely welcoming and friendly and we will definitely be back whenever we need help with out Multishi for additional vaccinations
