So happy to have found Chewy Vet!! Convenient location and the entire staff is incredible. Dani the vet tech went above and beyond to my baby feel comfortable during his visit today. The lobby and exam rooms are comfortable and clean. They are an honest company that truly cares about the wellbeing of your pet!

I was recommended to Chewy VetCare by a friend who lives in FLL. I brought my 12 year old retriever in due to an illness that sadly brought him to cross the rainbow bridge. Our first visit was on a Friday, and we learned more about his condition than we did during multiple visits with our regular vet and specialists. Dr. Davidson and Dani were absolutely amazing. I have never been able to comfort my dog through giving blood and was able to be there right by his side. Despite having great bloodwork, Finn passed due to spinal myelopathy (ALS in dogs). On Sunday, I spoke to Dr. Censi on the phone about next steps, and despite not having an appointment she committed to being there for whatever we needed. Sadly, we said goodbye later that day. The staff were exemplary. The room was beautiful, not a cold, sterile exam room. It had a carpet, nice chairs and Finny was given nice blankets to keep him comfortable. As you can imagine our hearts are broken, but despite the day we all dread as pet parents, it was beautiful. They let me bring Finn’s sister, and supported us with so much grace and kindness. I will never be able to truly express the gratitude and appreciation for the Delray Chewy Vetcare doctors and team. A month later we welcomed our new puppy who was greeted by the lovely gentleman at the front desk, Dr. Davidson and Channing. From the end and our last goodbye, to our new beginning, we are so thankful to have found this wonderful place. It is clean, appointments were on-time and they actually answer the phone! Impressed is an understatement.

We are snowbirds and we had an urgent appointment that I ended up rescheduling for a well care visit since the urgency wasn’t so urgent after all, and I wanted to get our Gracie established with a Vet in Delray. The staff from the first phone call (I wish I got her name because she was awesome and the reason why I scheduled the subsequent visit), to our visit with Dr Stiltner and her vet tech Melissa M. They were beyond amazing..,kind, knowledgeable, reassuring, and I could sense, just good people! Gracie was treated like royalty and she wasn’t her usually nervous Nellie. She even got gifts! She’s been attached to her new baby, Chewy the unicorn. It was pretty cool that the exam room had a wall of windows that Gracie got to look out the window to people passing by. Dr Stiltner was everything I hoped for in a Veterinarian, as was Melissa M as her assistant. Feeling blessed I found them!

Lucky Duck loves his new vet! His appointment was quick but extremely thorough. Staff was excellent and he really liked Dani/Dr. Davidson, who took such good and gentle care of him today. For him to be back to his happy self immediately after a vet visit is rare, but goes to show how great the team at Chewy is! (And he loved all of the toys and treats he got to go home with). Chewy is already known for exceptional customer service and their vet care is just as phenomenal. 🐾

Melissa P was so informative and helpful in answering all my questions. Dr. Censi was also very caring, provided affordable and reasonable care for my 2 dogs. I was very impressed with the new Chewy Vet care in Delray Beach. They sent my dogs home with a nice swag bag for being first time patients and they came home very happy. Def recommend 10/10! Editing my review due to the excessive follow up calls of an appt is canceled in the app. My dogs were seen on Monday and in less than 48 hours I’ve been called 6x and texted as well on why did I cancel and if I want to reschedule. I informed the first time they called why I needed to cancel my follow up appt and will reschedule in the app. The constant calls are quite frankly annoying. Management please fix this issue.
