From the moment I walked through the door, the staff treated my pet with genuine care, patience, and compassion. Every team member is warm, professional, and truly committed to making both pets and owners feel comfortable and supported. The veterinarians take their time to explain everything clearly, never rushing, and you can tell they truly love what they do. They handled my pet with such gentleness and confidence that it immediately put me at ease. The clinic is clean, organized, and runs incredibly efficiently. What I appreciate most is that they go above and beyond. Whether it’s a follow-up call, helpful advice, or simply the way they speak to your pet, they make you feel like you’re in the best possible hands. If you’re looking for a clinic that treats your furry family member like their own, Aussie Animal Clinic is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Aussie is NOT what it used to be. I wouldn’t recommend. They killed my cat and wonder often how Dr Machado sleeps at night being such a- The staff working on my cat should feel ASHAMED of themselves. I come in for services to help my beloved cat. She is not “a thing” or a “he”. She is a SHE and she’s a beautiful girl who doesn’t deserve medical neglect, an unsanitary office, and to be BURNED by her flea medication. The staff was unempathetic and unhelpful with her bleeding mysteriously lumps that appeared after taking anti-biotics. Dr.Machado kept saying “I’m confused” everytime I’d bring up a point or concern.. he just gave her shots to relieve her symptoms and I’m still unsure what skin reaction she has :( Latest update: my beloved cinnamon passed away due to this office LAZINESS. They just inject things to these animals and don’t fully share what it does or the side effects or the COST of misdiagnosing. I wake up from my sleep sometimes saying “don’t take that shot!” because the antibiotics Aussie was giving her was like pouring gasoline on a fire… why couldn’t yall take 5 minutes to see what was really wrong because other vets said the “mysterious” lumps Machado was “so confused” by we’re here swollen lymph nodes!!! She needed surgery and she’d be alive. Yall just pumped medicine in her and gave PAIN. I wish I took her somewhere else 😭😭😭😭 how could you Dr Machado?? HOW COULD YOU DO THAT TO HER?????????? She was soooooo sweet & kind & rare!!! If you could do that to her I have zero doubts you do this to other cats smh

Amazing Clinic! Absolutely love Dr. Machado! He saved my Mini Pinschers life after other vets told me she wouldn’t make it after randomly becoming diabetic after she turned one. Got her spayed a few weeks ago and they’ve been beyond attentive and patient throughout the whole process with all of our questions. We moved to Port Saint Lucie and still travel 2 hours to their clinic. They are the only ones we trust. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Dr. Prince and her entire team were truly amazing during one of the hardest times of my life. Although my sweet Benito ultimately passed away, I will always be grateful for the compassion, kindness, and care they showed him and my family throughout the process. Dr. Prince treated Benito with so much love and dignity, and she took the time to answer my questions and help me understand everything that was happening. Her team was equally wonderful, supportive, patient, and genuinely caring every step of the way. Losing a pet is heartbreaking, but knowing Benito was surrounded by people who cared so deeply brought me comfort. Thank you, Dr. Prince and the entire staff, for helping us through such a difficult time and for treating Benito as if he were your own. We will never forget your kindness.

First visit after being with another vet for 25+ years. I felt comfortable with the staff. I saw staff cleaning seating and animal areas, impressive.
