How to Save on Veterinary Costs at Crescent City Animal Health Center
Preventive care
Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.
Compare prescription pricing
Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.
Consider pet insurance
Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

Dr Grossman and his team/staff are so caring and concerned when I had my 12 year old dog there last week. He's been my Veterinarian approximately 20 years. Has gone above and beyond the call of duty on all my dogs. Very passionate about his animals, and so is his staff. All of them are wonderful!!!

This is the greatest vet office in the area! The whole staff is excellent and very attentive, accommodating and overall the best vet we’ve ever used. We have many animals and all with different personalities and they work with them individually. Go above and beyond. Love this place, Dr. Grossman is the best. Especially with our dog Alakai, who’s extremely terrified of doctors.

Dr Grossman has been seeing my Kitty for almost her entire life and she is now 17. He has always been so kind and loving along with his amazing staff. Cali, Kelsi, Anna and so many others have made one of the most difficult times in my life somewhat bearable with their love and concern and just SO MUCH support while zmy BEST friend on this earth had to be tested, go through surgery and being diagnosed with cancer. I would never have been able to afford the care Dr Grossman and his team provided in a big city or even any other small town. He has always worked with me and shown that he truly cares more about our loved ones more than the money aspect, unlike so many other places...and has never turned me away when I have been in need. These people feel like my family at this point and have seen me at my lowest and never hesitated to provide comfort and support. I COULD NOT have gone through this journey without them. I am so grateful to have this team by my side ❤️.

We donate to this local animal shelter, people are so greatful to receive anything! We donate blankets, food, treats, bowls, toys, etc. Nice to know that it stays here to help with the costs associated with the shelter. Cash is also accepted 🙂
