Dr. Grossman & his staff are amazing! We rescued Princess about 3 months ago & they have taken wonderful care of her. Thank you dearly Dr. Grossman & everyone at Crescent City Animal Clinic for all you do :)

I am moving on after several failures to catch health issues resulting in deaths. I certainly hope Dr Grossman recovers from his stumble with staffing and gets back to the basics. Failure to pay attention during a wellness check with full labs because you are too busy should never be the reason an animal dies too soon. Without a good support staff the animals pay the cost of inattention. I can no longer recommend this clinic.

The staff is pleasant and the doctor is wonderful! They treat my dog so well and kind. I just wish they were in a bigger building.

I’m editing my post to say , though my last experience here was less than perfect , this business reached out to me to clear up the confusion . I will say all of us have a bad day from time to time, and even our Veterinarians are entitled to one occasionally . I’m excepting my last visit as just that, a misunderstanding that has been resolved. Christopher Beatty

The people here are wonderful and Dr. Grossman went above and beyond to make sure my Lucky was going to be okay. They fit me into their schedule since I just moved here and could see my kitty needed help. Afterwards, he reached out on days he wasn't even in, or to check on things daily to see how he was progressing. Lucky is currently doing much better and at least we know which direction to go now if things flare up again. Dr. Grossman helped me avoid expensive emergency vet trips by just listening to what was going on and taking the time to try appropriate meds and other routine things under observation. It made a world of difference.
