This is the only place we’ve taken our dogs since we moved here 7 years ago The staff is always pleasant and professional. We had the pleasure of seeing Dr Diaz last week. He was great, as all the vets are.

Dr.Diaz and the team at Shepard Springs are exactly who you want taking care of your pack. Our dog, Bear, is always nervous at the vet’s office (due to a non-Shepard-Springs-related incident), and they do their best to make his visits efficient. My favorite thing is their recommendations are truly in the best interest of your animal’s wellbeing. If an exam/treatment/medication/procedure isn’t what’s best for your animal (even though it’s good for their bottom line), they recommend against it. Between this and their wonderful (insert word for the veterinary version of bedside manner), we will continue to bring Bear and any future pets to Shepard Springs!

There are no words to say how amazing the staff here is, whether it's someone answering the phone, a tech, or the vets they are compassionate, knowledgeable, and so helpful, always ready to listen and not there just to take your money. I've never encountered another veterinarian office like this. Highly qualified in every possible way. We'll never go anywhere else and recommend you don't either. We just had to put our 12 yr old dog down, and it was as if she was also their dog. That's how caring they are.

The entire staff at Shepherds are AWESOME!!!! They took our little cat Lil' Bit had gotten that had got bitten by a tick and got bobcat fever which is normally fatal. They took her in and worked 8 days ( including the weekend) and brought her back to us!!!!! We cannot thank them enough for the care they gave her! We will not take our pets anywhere else!!! Thank Ya'll Again!!! Keith and Kathy Johnson

Dr Diaz and Meaghan were the best, so nice for a Dr to actually take time to explain things and listen to concerns- means alot. I will not be taking my fur kids to anyone but Shepherd Springs
