We have been visiting Sheridan West Animal Clinic on a monthly basis for over 3 years. We started bringing our 11 year old yellow lab Nikita to Dr. Beiber for testosterone shots. She immediately and continues to respond to these shots, acting and feeling much younger, able to take longer walks with her and playing with her 4 year old sister. After having 9 dogs over our lifetime (to date), Nikita is living the longest and we hope that does not end too soon. Besides the great results, Dr. Beiber and his staff are a pleasure to work with, very accommodating, professional and loving to Nikita. My 12.5 year old Afghan was having a hard time walking, no energy and loss of muscle mass..the walks were only in the front yard. I read about HRT (Testosterone) for dogs and since it works for me...why not for Peter. After the first meeting and injection by Dr. Bieber, there was a difference almost the next day..he was interested in going further, lifting his leg again and more interest in living.. 6 months later and he is hauling me around the neighborhood, thinks he's a total stud and his muscle mass is coming back. This is the best thing I've ever done for my old friend. At least he is enjoying his golden years now. Dr. Bieber and staff are very knowledgeable, patient and even better.. Peter looks forward to going!

I called to inquire about a quote for my dog’s annual physical and vaccines. After comparing prices at a few places, the receptionist here was rude and unhelpful. She mentioned a $65 office visit fee but refused to provide a quote for the necessary shots, saying, “We don’t give quotes over the phone!” This experience left a terrible first impression, and I’ll be choosing one of the other local places I contacted today.
