Our miniature dachshund was close to 16 years old and I met with vet several times monitoring her aging and declining health and when it became a time where quality of health was rapidly declining Dr. Yates provided options for next step for testing, results, and realistic treatment options which unfortunately not reversible. The empathy, explanation of options and how procedures are carried out by Dr Yates and the staff helped us make the best decision for our sweet Maggie so she was no longer suffering. I am grateful for the patience and care that we have received from this clinic on all of our pets one of which is just accident prone.

THE best clinic we have ever been to because of the people who work there. Kristen and Alyssa are wonderful - and cat owners. Also - Lynsey is professional and thorough. My dog, Genny Lee is 9 years old. Dr. Meyer has accurately diagnosed both her and our cat's issues in a knowledgeable and caring manner. I've found this doc to be incredibly experienced and up to date on the latest pet care. This has saved us money and given us confidence that our animals are receiving quality care at a good price. Thank you, Dr. Meyer, for your dedication to this profession and natural kindness to our pets and also to pet parents.

Honestly, I might not be their favorite client since I worry a lot and struggle to get everything they explain. But they really take their time to help me out. My family has been going to Jumper Creek for years, and I recently took my kitten, Biscuit, in for some stomach issues. I was super worried because my last kitten passed away from FIP. Dr. Humphrey and Dr. Honey were great, explaining everything and checking in on us after we got home. They really went above and beyond to help with my sweet baby. Also, I have to mention the tech, Lynsee. She was so sweet and felt like an old friend. She listened to my worries and reassured me that it’s okay to be concerned. During our appointment, she even played with Biscuit on the floor, handling his chaos like a champ. This clinic is truly amazing for your pets!

They were very accommodating with us as new clients. They also handled and kept our 12 and 8 year old dogs calmer than any vet we've ever had them to. Jumper Creek will be our vet from now on.
