We were traveling through town when our dog had a sudden neurological crisis and couldn’t walk. Critter Care got us in the same day and made us a priority within 15 minutes of arrival. Dr. Hubbard and her staff were incredibly kind, compassionate, and loving to our dog, Bailey. I’ll admit I initially judged the building’s appearance—but I was completely wrong. The treatment rooms were clean, and the care we received was exceptional. We’re very grateful and would highly recommend Critter Care.

I have used Critter Care for my puppy and for our baby kitten that we’ve recently rescued, and they were helpful. The only downside is that the vet doesn’t seem to be in very often, and when you call to make an appointment, you’re left on hold for a very long time. It initially took me about a week to get through to make my first appointment for our puppy. Otherwise, staff is friendly and prices seem good!

The Dr is awesome and everyone that works there are very friendly and they all seem to love animals. My 13 year old service dog is very sick and having lung issues and the Dr got him into a study and he is doing a lot better and it didn't cost me anything. Total awesome people there.

Dr Hubbard is the best vet I’ve been to, she’s kind and patient with your questions. My cat butter had a broken leg and she’s healed up perfectly. I highly recommend this vet.

I’ve been using Critter Care for years. Dr. Hubbard is so caring, helpful and knowledgeable. I adopted a cat from a humane society that was supposed to be healthy and was actually far from it. She was did everything in her power to help him and be an advocate for him. I’ve also taken my goats, leopard geckos, dogs, and other cats to be cared for there. She explains any and every issue when they arise. All the staff is also just as caring and helpful.
