Moving States is a lot of Stress BUT.....Dr. Elliott and Caylee, the vet tech, were absolutely wonderful. They worked both of our boys in as new patients, performed thorough physical exams, gave them their allergy injections, trimmed their nails, and refilled all of their medications. They were also seeing Maui for a new skin issue on his face that we suspect may have been triggered by the stress of the move and the change in climate and allergies, and I really appreciated how thorough and attentive they were with that as well. There was also another gentleman who came in to help with the nail trim. I unfortunately didn’t get his name, but he was wonderful too and absolutely deserves recognition for the care and kindness he showed our boys. What meant the most to me was how calm, gentle, compassionate, and unrushed everyone was. They listened to my concerns, respected my wishes, handled Aspen and Maui with genuine kindness, and made the entire visit as low-stress as possible. As someone with dogs who have anxiety, chronic pain, allergies, and sensitive personalities, that meant more than I can say. We left feeling heard, respected, and genuinely relieved. The boys were very comfortable and so was Mom and dad :) Thank you to Dr. Elliott, Caylee, and everyone at Countryside Animal Clinic for taking such wonderful care of our boys. The clinic is amazing! We just adopted a dog from the Animal shelter snd don’t know anything about him. After few days he started having seizures. We called the shelter me they observed him overnight and didn’t see anything wrong. They did blood work but couldnt really do anything else. After a pretty intense seizure I called and they got Archie in the same day. Everyone from the front desk to tech to veterinarian were exceptional. You can feel that they truly care about your animal. We received great advice and treatment and it was a really easy experience. We want to thank everyone there for going above and beyond to help Archie.

Clean and bright facility. Love the new building. Staff is wonderful and good with my pets and animals. I bring my reptiles and my husband has brought his rats here for care. They see many species. Have had personal pets checked out and snakes that I am sending out to customers (I am a small reptile breeder.) They offer many services are great about answering questions and concerns would recommend them to everyone for all their pets. Also recently acquired a few kittens will be bringing them here as well for their checkups and shots and to get them spayed and neutered when the time comes. Thank you for everything you do!

It's hard to find a Vet that takes exotic pets but Countryside was worth the 30 min trip (one way). All of the staff were friendly and helpful and Dr. Papp took her time to explain the care my new family member would need. However, I was very pleasantly surprised by the prices. I went in expecting not to be able to afford everything my bun needed but walked away paying a significant amount less. If you have an exotic pet that needs a Vet, I highly recommend Dr. Papp and her team at Countryside Animal Clinic
