For some things there fine but for other more serious things no way. I’ve been bringing my animals here for a few years now and unfortunately the girls in the front office do NOT treat all people and their animals the same upon entering the building. I was very taken back by the lack of greeting and understanding of the situation at hand. They really should consider to try and make a more friendly and welcoming environment and encourage a feeling of trust between their staff and customers without favoritism. I will be looking for a better Veterinary clinic asap.

I've been taking my 7 fur babies to Bluffs for many years. I have found the veterinarians to be very kind and knowledgeable. The staff is professional and kind. The Bluffs is my choice when caring for my pets. Because they deserve the best ❤️

I have been with them since1996. They are the most caring vet ever. Their veterinarians are all excellent graduating top in their class. You will feel comfortable there with your pet. I will never take my pet any where else.

No complaints at all. Was my first time here and I’m glad I found such an enjoyable vet experience nearby. Highly recommended by me and my dog. I’ll be back.
